Do walls disconnect us from the outside world and our senses? This is a question I aim to explore through the design of a small library. By incorporating windows on the roof, the design allows for the external environment, including changes in skylight, to be integrated into the interior space through these openings. Rather than blocking our senses, the library design seeks to bridge the gap between the inside and outside worlds by bringing natural light and other external elements into the space.
